• NAQA’A Desalination Facility, Umm Al Quwain, UAE  – Surveying, investigating and reporting on HVAC systems, including an investigation into chiller plants and CHW networks.
• North West Rail Link, Sydney, Australia – Reporting on several MEP issues ranging from computer rooms A/C systems, BIM implementation, Project Wide Deficiencies and overall MEP Design Deficiencies.
• Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway, Kuwait – Investigating and reporting on failings of project wide SCADA system.
• Abraj Quartier Towers 1 & 2, Doha, Qatar –  Preparing details technical reports for deployment in ICC Arbitration.
• London Business School, UK – Undertaking a full design appraisal of the various electrical systems, including fire detection and security systems.
• District Heating Network, London, UK – Investigating primary, secondary and tertiary LTHW networks.
• Water Treatment Facility (HS2), UK – Conducting comprehensive investigation, including investigation of control failures, installation conflicts/coordination and water quality deliverables.
• London City Airport. UK – Conducting construction analysis for the Baggage Handling Systems.
• Muscat International Airport, Oman – Addressing multiple claims and counterclaims related to all MEP activities, including airport terminal and air-side operations. Carrying out surveys, investigations and preparation of technical reports for ICC Arbitration.
• Jeddah International Airport, KSA – Full design analysis and preparation of claim documents for the new international cargo facility; including analysis of HVAC, HV/LV electrical and hydraulic systems, irrigation, and site/storm drainage.
• Taif Airport & Airbase, KSA – Carried out a full design analysis of the mechanical, electrical and P&D for typhoon jet simulator facility, including 12 support buildings. Supplying reports and quantum assessments related to various design failures.
• Atlantis The Royal, The Palm, Dubai, UAE – Engaged as MEP technical expert for preparing and presenting a technical report to DIAC standards into the complete MEP design and installation for the residence towers, apartments and villas from tender to completion.
• Yas Marina F1 Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE – Undertaking design appraisal together with preparation of technical reports into construction failures.
• Precious Metals Refinery, Sohar, Oman – MEP consultant for the R&D of a conceptual refinery.
