About Dennis
Dennis is a construction and engineering specialist with a wealth of experience. His composed and commercially minded approach to disputes often allows him to find favourable solutions for his clients to seemingly irreconcilable conflict.
Within his construction specialism Dennis has developed a particular expertise in those matters where land and property law meet construction law, such development agreements, restrictive covenant enforcement, and third-party rights. This expertise allows him to offer clients a comprehensive service, along with a deeper understanding of their wider commercial needs.
Dennis regularly represents clients in the Technology and Construction Court, the County Court, Adjudication Proceedings, and Arbitration Proceedings. He provides negotiation and representation support in Mediation and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution process.

- Acting for a contractor in claim defending against an alleged defects claim brought by a building warranty provider in relation to a housing estate.
